The Skyline rims aren't that hard to get, it's just the price that varies.
Camberwell Tyre and Mag sell them off shelf for $75 - 85 each. (to dear
IMOO)
I've seen them as cheap as $100 a set in the Trading post, but never been
quick enough to get them.
