Daniel, Get some �” rod and cut a slot in one end about 25mm in length.  Tear a 30-35 mm strip of cloth backed emery into a strip about 250 in length. Out one end in the slot and wind the the cloth onto the rodin the direction of normal rotation with the abrasive on the out side. A lot cheaper to use.
