I've had conflicting advice regarding using a FJ/RB box behind a L/Z block.  Do you have to use a L/Z bellhousing, or not?

Same box but different bell housing but everything is inter changeable between the boxes albeit a bit of work. DET boxes have larger input bearing and countershaft bearings.
