hi, i reckon that having   shiny interior  looks  crap, but  you can get  a
special vinal paint  that only comes in a liquid, not spray can and is ten
times better than the vinal paint in a spray can.     some decent  panel
beaters, or maybe upolsterers might remember whats it called, at the mo , i
cant remember.

   clean the surface  with a  green scotch brite with soapy water or a
steelo pad to scuff it up
