i can supply this, it's vinyl ink, i use it on banners etc. i'm about to spray my hood lining white in the vinyl ink. sort of semi gloss depends on the surface. it's normally per kg (even though it's a liquid) i did my mates VL interior had to match the original grey. looked smick
