hi, why dont you make a collar up out
of two short bits of exhaust pipe? you could ofset the pipes,
or weld them so one pipe is central in side the other, and weld it up, its only
a 5 mm gap each side,, i had to make a sleeve from 2 inch to 3
inch, used a couple pits on thin plate , to fill up the gaps ,
then welded it up. ground it sorta smooth , then put a bit of bog to make it
smooth.

it's 50mm internal diameter where it goes on the
compressor outlet, then it needs to step down to 40mm internal/50 external for
where the intake pipe clamps on
I'm thinking it's a part that may have to be
ordered from Nissan ... $$$ :(

Sydney, You can get straight lengths of dunlop hose in most sizes from
Graham's Rubber in Granville. It's about $40 a metre and sold in metre
lengths.

you need?
the piece of rubber that goes around the
compressor outlet on the turbo then the intake piping clamps onto on my
Z18 has deteriorated over time and now has a huge split in it, as such I'm
only holding 4psi tops
where can I get a replacement rubber bit for
this, I was going to just try some radiator house or something, but after
removal and inspection of old piece, it appears to be a different diametre
at either end, so I'm assuming you need a special piece?
