Hi Fergy,
As far as locks go there are some good ones around - i've seen some that
look a bit like Falcon smart locks. I thought about these but the problem is
thieves don't worry about locks around Canberra, the trick way into a car
seems to be a 1/2 brick through the rear quarter vent and judging by the
amount of glass on the ground in most of our car parks it's a serious
problem. Apparently Canberra is the car thieves capital and we're going to
pay for it through higher insurance premiums real soon. I got as letter from
my insurance company the other day and they've given me 3 months to fit a 3
way immobiliser instead of the single ignition one that's fitted now,
otherwise bye bye, I don't even get the option of paying more money.

Talking about car alarms and other security/kill

I have had some say they are great and others say they
are crap. Lets face it, the Datto locks are not what
you would call good and I want to fit someting that
will deter any would be thief just that little bit
more.. Views ??
