I know a few of you have done this - but how did
you install the retractable bit at the base of the b-pillar with enough room to
move the seat back a bit? especially if you have non-factory seats like I
do.
I had a look under the carpet with the idea of
adding a new mount but the metal is kind of thin - could one weld
a thick plate, thread it and would it be strong enough?
