Andrew,

It may well be made by VDO but for the Japanese gauge (200B imports use
them) so it will also be accurate on a Niles gauge. It's very obvious if
you've got the wrong sender with the Niles gauge as it will run very high at
normal temps, something like 20 degrees high.

regards
Terry

Hi Terry,

I got given a VDO temp sender as a replacement (P/N 320.039), has the
bullet connection, and its operation appears to be OK?!

In what way is its operation inaccurate?

Thanks
Andrew
