CA18DET,
they are alot cheaper than a RWD
version,
i know of a guy up here in brisbane with a few fwd
versions

Problems.
I have a friend who has an manual N/A 89 EXA.
The motor has just died. He is looking for options to get back on the
road.
Can anyone tell me the pros and cons for the
following?
1. Get a rebuild kit and rebuild it.
2. Put in a replacement motor from an
importer.
3. Do a turbo conversion from a
CA18DET front-cut.
He is not doing the work himself, so any
recommendations for installers is welcome too. He is on the Gold Coast.
Any comments welcome, thank you.
