Iggy,

You can use it on the outside except for the windscreen.

I've never had trouble with window belts so it doesn't affect them at all.

Windex with paper towel, newspaper etc - except don't use it for the
windscreen as it stuffs your wunda wipers real quick.

Anyone have good tips on how to clean glass? My attempts are generally
pretty good, but I suffer from streaking that only shows up under certain
