Hey guys Can someone please tell me if i am alowed to run twin carbs on an L20b engin out of a bluebird in a 1600. I know you have to have an engin cert but are there any troubles with the emissions stuff. I Have been told by a few guys that because the l20b never came out with polution shit on them that you cant run 45 Webbers on it. Is this true can anyone please clear this up.
