Braking ability is all about pressure, (which is force/area) So yes the 200B's do have a larger area, but a smaller force due to the single piston. I would stick with the 240K and if possible get a larger 15/16 Urvan master cylinder to increase the force your putting into them. The reason was because the 200b pads are thinner and longer giving more force on the outside of the discs hence better stopping.
