Hey Guys. Last night, I was driving down a main road not too fast (at the speed limit give or take 10 ks) and I noticed a screechy sound above the stereo while I was accelerating. I turned the stereo down and it was definitely coming from my car. As I took my foot off the gas the sound stayed and got worse as I braked. About 500M from home the noise stopped, for no reason, and I drove home thinking the problem had gone.
I drove to work this morning no problems (I had the window open to make sure there was NO noise) and then maybe 2-3ks from home the noise started again but didn�t stop. I took the wheel off and the disc looks as if its been buckled like a bicycle wheel � it goes up and down a bit. It�s a stock (I think) solid 1600 disc� what could be the problems here? How much ($$$) am I looking at? Im trying to look at ALL possible options to fix this, so if you have any ideas please don�t hesitate to suggest something. I have limited funds too, so yeah im trying to keep the costs to a minimum.
