If flywheels are lightened incorrectly then they can let go and disintegrate at high 
RPM, maybe taking your legs off in the worst cases....

What happens if an unbalanced turbo let go, at say 100,000 rpm? ouch!
The bits from the impellor would be the main culprit as the turbine is behind thick 
cast iron.
I just read about it somewhere - it is probably bollocks though....
Just interested, as I am about to go stuffing around with a turbo I have - brazing 
brackets to housings etc...
