Nissan service

just though I may vent my frustration on the list about nissan service
happened just after Xmas where my fathers patrol I've been driving develops a problem where the starter wouldn't kick in turn key relays pull in though no action hmm call nissan to check if still in warranty and when/how to fix rang westpoint nissan the lady on the phone said sorry the service department is out till monday call back then (it's thursday) I said "say what I have to ride shank's pony and tow the boat till monday ?" she "yes well no one is here " me "so even if it's a warranty job I wait till monday " she "well yes" well I ended up telling her jeep have better customer service than nissan as they previously swaped cars on fraser island for my father when his broke down well enough bitching tommorow the service manager will hear it
