rocker cover gasket problems!

hello

i have a datsun 200b and for some reason the rocker cover leaks. i've changed the gasket once and i think i dont the nuts too tite... soo it leaked again. i bought another gasket put it on with heaps of heat proof seal.... not soo tite this time, still leaked. then i used the 2nd new gasket n put more seal on it but only done the screws finger tite then a quater twist with a ratchet. but its leaked out again....

and everytime its leaked you can see some of the heat proof seal leaks out and it looks like crap.

any tips on how to stop this leak?
