yap i agree with you not to use silicone.try making a gasket urself mate it works
better then the original one at times.

Did you use that sticky gooey loctite rubbish?
I'm thinking a good fat bead of silicone, leave the bolts loosw & let it sit
till it's nearly dry and then do it up slowly so you've got a big chunky
bead on it.
Or you could go buy the L18 one like someone suggested. :D
I love my silicone gun... Mwaahahahah.
