Gday Andrew

Luke's has a stock, off the rack, 200B inlet mani gasket trimmed closely to
suit across the top of the inlets and it stays leak free. I trimmed it
firstly into an upside down "V", using snips, with the point right at the
top of the inlet hole, then trimmed out the sides of the "V" to match the
hole shape I guess it depends on exactly how high you drilled the hole for
the injector to squirt.

If the inlet hole is too high to leave enough stock gasket to seal, then
worst case scenario, you may need to weld a strip of aluminum across the top
of each inlet runner and file it flush to give you more surface area and
fabricate a gasket from a blank.

Second option would be to use some gasket goo around that area of the
inlets.

Alternatively, have a look at an aftermarket gasket designed for extractors,
these have more crush to allow for sealing slight misalignments in the
exhaust manifold plates, and are usually larger around the outside.
