Yes I know about the merge. But I am not sure that upgrading from
rails 1.2.3 to rails 2.2 and then to 3.0 will be any easier then going
to merb 1.0 and then rails 3.0.

This is a silly situation. I also wanted to work with merb because
zena definitely needs to be more modular and I find merb very
inspiring for this.

I start to think I should not do the porting. Just learn merb and get inspired.

Anyway, even if there will not be a port to merb (or a port to merb in
June as rails 3.0), I would really love to have some help to better
enhance zena modularity and mature the overall code base and I know
the merbists out here have good ideas on this topic.

I am not asking for huge code writings/cleanups. I can do the dirty
work. I just need a few people with high ruby skills that are
interested in the project and are ready to discuss some architectural
decisions.
