For your information:- This thread is based on several comments /
blogs / Forums i have read across many sites. Unfortunately..
questions are increasing day by day.without a solution.

Currently... No exact details are available for beginners to start
with. I mean.. Lots of confusion like..

(1) What to study for Rails 3.0
(2) Should I learn Rails 2.2 or Merb to reach Rails 3.0 easily
(3) Which book site should i refer " Merb " book site or " Rails book
site "
(4) If i study this chapter today from Rails or Merb book site.. will
it help me later..
(5) Many more questions that i cannot recollect now..

I also understand, Its really confusing for any beginner whats coming
in Rails 3.0 and what will be " Out ". What best features of Merb are
planned in Rails 3.0. etc...

Once has to keep track of Merb as well as Rails books, leaving them in
confused stage. whats going to finally come up and help them.

END UP BOTH THE BOOK SITES
It would be a nice way.. to end up maintaining both sites of " Merb "
and " Rails "

START A FRESH SITE AS RAILS 3.0
and start with a new fresh site dedicated totally for Rails 3.0.

EXISTING MATERIAL CAN BU USED
The existing material can always be included from both this sites, if
at all they are going to make it in Rails 3.0

A step in the right direction would help many developers/ students
around here. Why just beat the bush in the dark...

I have already posted this request here... http://rails.uservoice.com

This is just for your reference, perhaps you can add your support
there as well.

Thanks for investing your time reading this.
