when i jammed a rusty key (found in an old hide-a-key), i called a locksmith 
who said, "Spray lots of WD-40 in the area and grab it with pliars and pull 
straight out"...i did and on the second attempt i pulled hard and out it 
came...

It's in the DOOR lock!

.... it's the same shape as the wagon key, and shove into driver's door
lock to take a peek, oops...

Technique might work nevertheless w/the RoadAssist guy...
