I believe those are essentially the same as the ones on the M117 V8 -- remove the retainer spring, pry down on the valve and sideways and the rocker arm should pop off the adjuster. Valve closed, lobe away from the rocker.

Hang on to the thrust piece on top, you need it.

Unscrew the adjuster (and check to make sure the ones in there are actually screwed down properly to the head -- that's a separate thread, and if loose, will cause you terrible trouble!), then screw the new one in, and re-assemble.
