That should be a VERY last resort. If the seller has 100% positive, and has been around for a while, give them the benifit of the doubt. It doesnt sound like its even been a week yet. Email the seller, try to work it out that way. There are WAY too many crackhead buyers on ebay(not Craig) im sure that expect WAY too much, cant read auction details, or whatever and file BS claims with paypal. Its a pain in the ass and costs sellers alot of time and money.
