Talk about the ultimate anality - - Mobil 1 Filters!! The whole point in driving a Mercedes diesel is there are so FEW things to worry about, coupled with low maintenance costs. It seems utterly ABSURD to decorate the innards of a nearly indestructible engine with the equivalent of caviar, while fattening Exxon-Mobil profits (which aren't as high as our GNP... yet).
