I run a bunch of SVO right from the supermarket. In Washington, in winter. Granted it is less than 20% of the tank, but still SVO. May need a fuel line heater or tank heater just to help the VO flow easier if you use a higher %. As long at the temp is above 60*F, you should have no great issue. Summer here I can do 60% with no perceptible performance degradation. Summer is short, so that is maybe three or four tanks, then back to thinner stuff
