the dog thing is out of control. all the kids like to dress up as gang
bangers and get pit bulls. they don't care for the animals and they end up
just roaming the area. animal control couldn't care less because the
government has long ago given up caring about the welfare of its citizens
in major metro area. just another reason why it's foolish not to be
packing heat. the kids are just playing gangsta, so no worries with them,
but the dogs are real.
