Jeremy Hart was released from the Penobscot County Jail on Thursday afternoon. Hart is charged with murder in the death of his wife, Kristen Smart Hart, last November. According to court documents, several people were at the Harts' house at the time of the shooting. One man told police the shooting occurred after Jeremy Hart walked in and caught him kissing Hart's wife.
