Along these same lines, here's a couple of questions I've been wondering about -
Why do African Americans vote overwhelmingly democrat? in the last 40 years the dems have done very little for them - other than make promises. Even the civil rights act of 1964 was Republ legiislation that was blocked by democrats for quite a while. 2nd, why do so many Jews vote heavily democratic? most dem campaigners (esp obama) talk about cutting Israel loose and letting them fend for themselves - The dems want to talk their way thru any problem with palistein, etc - those who wish to destroy Israel.
