Has the engine had the green anti-freeze in it? With one exception (the SDL), all of the MBs I've bought that have had the green stuff have needed new radiators within two years. I've replaced thermostats, flushed with citric acid, replaced fan clutches, had the radiator cleaned and "rebuilt", but a new radiator was the only thing that brought the temps in line. YMMV ---
