Truck is finally fixed. Took 3 coils but it seems to be back to normal. The command start installation was the problem. There was a wire that had shorted to something under the hood. Unfortunately, when it grounded out, it fried the coil on #2. I replaced it a couple of times before finding the problem. Thankful that it is resolved.
