With the bailout of Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae and subprime borrowers, ultimately the American taxpayer is who will pay. I say "let 'em lose their houses". I was in foreclosure some years ago due to some unwise decisions. The government was not lining up to bail me out, I had to do that myself. I say screw 'em. If you are stupid enough to buy more house than you can afford and there is a bank greedy enough to finance it, let happen what is going to happen.
