I'd have to say so, gas and diesel both went down $0.04 last night here in MA...

my zip code says i live in lilburn, GA, but i don't live in lilburn any more
than i live in snellville (probably even less so), lawrenceville or stone
mountain.  the name traditionally given to the area is "five forks", which
today really amount to just a relatively small cluster of strip malls, gas
stations and fast food joints.  there are 4 gas stations:  Quicktrip, shell,
chevron and kroger.  only the kroger has gas and there is a huge line to get
some.  the rest are all dry.  when a station gets fuel, they can sell it for
about 4.50 a gallon and they sell every drop.

my understanding is that this is the case is much of georgia and the
southeast.  i'm told this has something to do with it having rained in
houston.  am i being manipulated and defrauded here?
