Head bolts are really, really tight. Use a breaker bar if you have one
and your ratchet will live longer. Put a 3'-4' pipe over the end of
the breaker bar. Even then, it ain't easy. I used a dent puller for
the slide rails with a metric bolt that fit inside the tip. The bolt
will get bent. Don't use one you need.
