Not my experience.  McParts pads wear fast, are hard as rocks, and require 
excessive pedal pressure to stop the car.  Use OEM, and wax the wheels well 
once you get them clean, it helps quite a bit with brake dust.

If they are squealing, you need new rotors, too.
