So what if obamo is elected, gets in there, and then they discover he is
not a citizen or something like that. Will he get kicked out and biden
get it? That doesnt seem right because this fact would have thrown off
the whole process, and mccain should not have been running against him
in the first place, so he might have got elected running against
somebody else.

I thought succession applied (vice president...) after Jan 20th
inauguration.
What I've been reading this morning seems to say that after the
Electoral College votes (Dec 15th?) that it goes to Palin/Biden if
McCain/Obama can't be inaugurated. Before the electoral college votes,
the parties can tell their electors to change their votes.
