The one thing I bought from Rusty that came in a baggie with the blue star on it was a hand primer pump, and it came Fedex Overnight. (several years ago) I don't know what MBUSA pays for Fedex, but if I had paid Fedex's retail for overnight shipping it would have cost more than I paid for the part.
