My phone, the Samsung Blackjack II, can do all of that except the WiFi. I've toyed with the idea of getting a bluetooth keyboard for it.

Allan - for a super compact travel machine I am still very happy with my
IPAQ Rx5915. I wear it on a belt clip and use the touch pad for short
messages, and have a Stowaway iGo Bluetooth keyboard [with built in stand
for keeping the IPAQ at the proper angle] and mouse for more intensive
writing and editing [I am currently into a 21 page document written entirely
on this pocket pc, and have done several 10 page ones.] In addition it has
a full feature TomTom built in and mp3 with a decent stereo output [I also
use a Bluetooth stereo headset, but wired is easier] and don’t use that very
often anyway. Were I to take the time and trouble it is also capable of
playing movies, but I have only done that a few times and never gotten more
than a half or quarter screen shot, though full screen is available. It has
about 2 gig built in file memory plus the main memory, and I have a 4 gig SD
card for storing all the extra stuff. I keep a couple of hundred full
length novels, 6 or 8 full length movies, Word, Excel, Internet Explorer and
Outlook, and a dozen or so other apps and games. It has built in WiFi as
well as Bluetooth, and were I to have a Bluetooth cell phone it should be
able to surf the web as well as connect to use IE and Outlook from anywhere
there is cell service as well as using the hotspots as I do now. The PC
interface lets everything in Outlook automatically update every time I sync
with my computer. It is far from perfect, but for a few hundred dollars I
can set up a portable office at a café or library or my dining room [if all
the household computers are busy] and have everything I need. It's great for
travelling, which I did before I retired. I bought all of it used on eBay,
but do recommend the warranty as I have had a couple of them go bad within a
year, and they were replaced free. I have often wished for a tablet PC or
laptop, but this is pretty good and a lot less cumbersome to transport.
