I've never seen a euro 123s with a rear bracket, and the EPC doesn't show one. But, the EPC doesn't show a rear bracket for South Africa, either. There's probably an SA code for that; do you have the VIN for a South African car handy? The front bracket is P/N 123 817 03 78 with two of 116 810 06 14 between the bracket and the bumper.
