Herr Doktor, You will recall the BCM is checking Mobil 1 oil level after the car has sat for at least 8 hours (cooled down)...was that advice JUST for the OM617 or does it also apply to the OM603?
How reliable, in general, is the oil level indicator in the 87 300TD? Thanks!
