Yes, I've noticed that they have been revised. At least twice as I see in the FSM. The ones that came out of the engine 1 oiling bore in the wrist pin bushing.
I'm going to go ahead with the ones from Metric Motors. They've been R&R'd and have new bushings installed. They also have 2 oiling holes for the wrist pin. These con-rods are all I need to finish this build. Everything else I have or is on order except for fluids. Avoid the bent rod syndrom (it happens on the 3.0L too, just not anywhere as often as the 3.5L).
