So how much snow is needed to consider using a snowmobile? I'm thinking an old, out-dated $100 machine. We don't get much snow around here, but once or twice a winter there's enough I'd consider cross-country skiing. Is 4 inches (10 cm) enough? Or am I crazy for even thinking about it?
