One of the Toronto "victims" trying to get a car out of impound was driving his girlfriend's car on a suspended license in an HOV lane with his parka draped/hanging over a stick propped up in the front passenger seat to appear to "qualify" for HOV. Quite the fool. Girlfriend was NOT very happy when she finally got off work temporarily to come and retrieve the car.
