All, 



I am looking into newer Mercedes to replace my 190D 2.5 turbo that was 
rearended lat week. The link below is for a local 1996 E300D.  Are there issues 
besides troulble with the wire harness.  I have seen one or two others listed 
that require engine work because of broken cams. 



Your thoughts would be apprciated.
