I was at Advance Auto the other day getting a replacement caliper for my 240D, 
and happened to poke around for oil. They didn't have any 5w40 in the oil 
section but did have it in the Diesel oil section along with 15w40 etc...

I don't shop at Wally's for anything. The extra pennies per quart are worth it 
for me for never going to Wallys...

I was at Wal-Mart last night, actually, looking for M1 for a couple of
my other cars, and their stock and variety are both GREATLY reduced.

All they had in the 5 quart bottles was 5w30.  Hope it's a temporary
shortage.
