'Saw a plate last night with NO markings showing to ID the state. It was some specialty plate with an ad frame on it covering all of top and lower margins completely covered; red letters on white; 'may be NC, but even that looked strange for NC. 'Guy oughta get a ticket; probably will.

What-da-hell state is THAT license plate from? I thought I could recognise
