Yeah, I'm hoping the car has not gone moot on us. Wife says there's
not that
much damage. However, the original Becker radio has popped out. ??
Our 190D is now poised to start making us money. The
last rear-ending just about paid for the manny-tranny
conversion, and I hammered out the dent myself, slapped
a bit of bondo on it, and sprayed on some vaguely-matching
paint. (Same corner of the spectrum, anyway.) U-Pull
taillight.
One more time ought to do it. I told my wife that the
best thing would probably be to get into a real nasty
rear-ender, one that didn't hurt us but that definitely
totaled the car. Take the money and run, and sell off
the engine/tranny combo on the side.
We just don't like the car much, but I keep it because
of the mileage.
