Was there ever a 2wd CJ? It really negates most of the point...

Assuming there wasn't a 2wd you'll have to do something about the front axle. I 
wouldn't feel good about spinning the input yoke with nothing attached.

I wouldn't dream of anything other than two wheel drive.
