$129k is the going rate for a good W111 3.5 cab. (Though, for that money, I'd want it to have the cover over the distributor cap.)
Around here he'll be sitting on it awhile. I bet when it does sell it's 'away'. Looks a lot like our C114 'roofless wonder'. I didn't pay quite that much, so I can afford to throw a few umbrellas in the trunk!
