Cold will be approaching soon. I cannot imagine a battery tray warmer should be only made in china, but I cannot fathom where I might find a USA made one. Also, this cannot be a huge design problem - can it? Maybe someone here has the intuition and design ideas to make one, here in USA? or give ideas how to make one? thanks mao
